What is the processing time?

Retail orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your receive your order confirmation email. Larger orders may take more time to fulfill.

Wholesale orders are processed within one week. Larger orders may take longer to fulfill.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2-14 days
USA: 2-7 days
Other International: 5-75 days

How do I check order status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bccandles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
